How can I use a preloader with html? I know how to insert flash into my html, and of course make it function, but say... when uploading html pages.. where does the preloader go? I know this is a noob question, but I'm just getting into this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't work with Internet Explorer and Opera... When the load is finished the preloader fade out and then the flash starts again
