This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

Hi, I really like this kind of effects, it remains me again that for good animations you dont need a stage full of pictures and moving objects :) I would like to publish this effect on my webpage, is there any licence I should be aware of?
