This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

I like your flash file but is there a way to stop it from moving back to its original location when you go to zoom in, i have another AS action ontop of the flash to enable me to move the image with drag and drop but want to be able to zoom in on its new location once i have moved it

Looks like Mozila type browsers handle the mouse wheel commands different or something.
I changed preview options and it seems to work in fullscreen.

If i click in the image and roll the mouse wheel the whole page is scrolling up and down, there is no zoom effect in the embeded swf here.

It made in Flash cs4. i think you are opening it in Flash cs3 or either lower version.

actually I'm trying to work it out. but i SWF work good, when not open in browser. Actually browser also scroll with it.

ZOming out doesn't work (at least in IE 7), it scrols the page, I dont think there is a way around that.
