This is made to look like an iPhone app called Night Stand. Uploading the teal color, but i made all 3 colors (teal, red and green). Changing color is relatively simple. Flash 8 - AS 2.0

This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.
You can open/play the swf file with Flash Player exe

Thanks for the comments! Yes fonts are involved, they are embeded though. If they were not, you would see it in your default text...perhaps times new roman or arial.
