Hi, me again! I have another question. How can you set a min.widht and min.height? so when a user makes the browser smaller, the scroll appears so you still can see the whole website... I am not sure if i have to fix this in the swf or in the html though.. well thank you!

isacanasmontes: to cener your menu try:

botones.x = stage.stageWidth/2 - botones.width/2; (put it inside function onResize )

if your btn is inside botones mc why not addChild(botones); ONLY ?!

I am going to answer myself! I just have to remove this code:

addChild(botones.btn1_mc);
addChild(botones.btn2_mc);
addChild(botones.btn3_mc);
addChild(botones.btn4_mc);

Hi! Thats an amazing job thank u, it helped me to understand how as3 works. I just have an issue to center the menu. So far, I have created a mc called botones (inside I ve got the btns).

On the code I have changed the route of the buttons to botones.btn.. (so they work perfectly) and then repleace this code:

btn1_mc.y = btn2_mc.y = btn3_mc.y = btn4_mc.y = 7;

for this one:
botones.x = stage.stageWidth/2;
botones.y = 10;

This should center the movie clip on the top center... but the buttons keep going to the left just as the beggining... Well I am lost now, I dont seem to be able to find the right thing to do...

If it is something easy, could you help me out? thanx a lot!

Wait, just kidding. I did change the folder in which it was in. I guess that was it. But I downloaded it again and it workedd. Ha, thanks for this file!

It seems to work for everybody else... but when I export it, I get a bunch of errors :(

Which I don't get because a lot of the errors state that for example, gs.easing could not be found.. but yet, all the files are there? I'm so confused.


Any suggestions? I downloaded it from here and opened it right up. Didn't tamper with it whatsoever.

langaw360 : yes you can.

Open the fla, in LIBRARY (Ctrl-L) you have a movie clip "btn", double click on it and draw or insert your btn.

can i insert my own buttons? how do insert my own buttons?
