epa nao percebo nada de xml, eu pus a imagens no photobucket, mas nao me parece que seja por ai, pq no teu esto todas com o mesmo link do image source.
Eu ao substituir as imagens na pasta img, nao deveria resultar?

Verifique se o xml est no mesmo local, que est na String xmlFile.

Verifique se o caminho das imagens esto corretas no xml.
Caso tenha gerado um novo arquivo *.swf, certifique-se que na pasta do arquivo *.fla, esteja contido o arquivo Aires.as
