This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

Thank you for the code. I tried changing the mail id and sending a mail. It gives me a message that mail has been sent successfully but i fail to receive the mail on the mail id i hv specified in mail.php
Can any1 pls help me and let me know if anything else has to be changed. Thanks in advance. :)
