This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

Great! i wonder if there is some way to make it by AS.
in the other hand, you can also export the MC "Arrow_ascending_3" and call it to the stage by AS, giving it random _x & _y using Random.math()*
