This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

Psuedo 3D Ring
I created this simple little effect for somebody on kirupaForum. Only a psuedo effect but I think it works well.The reason that the divsor is 61 and not 60 is because when `_xscale`=0 the movieclip is not shown and the effect is spoiled.1131 downloads, 14820 views
