It´s a beautiful menu, but I have a problem, the pages I call always appear in a new window, how can I get that appear in the same window?

Is there a way to make a nav remenber what state it's in? (i.e. make the button "current"?) Meaning, when you're on the "Portfolio" page for example, the "Portfolio" nav is expanded already? (I'll be using this flash nav on an HTML page). Thanks again - this rocks!
is there a way to point into a movie clip using this navigation? love the file....
